Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is on us — we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds do not include any original shipping charges paid at checkout, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
