Thank you for shopping at Oranjolie! We want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before taxes).
- For orders under $75, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
3. Delivery Times
United States:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
International:
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location and will depend on your country's postal service and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please note: All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Hello@oranjolie.com.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Hello@oranjolie.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items). We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
7. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We do our best to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). However, delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
